There is no concept of a linkset at presetn and I suspect that the barriers to creating one are not insignificant. I am exploring ways to remove the need for the surrogate completely, this would make them 100% local and freeing you from server resource constraints, but as mentioend in another comment reply the further we move from the server the more functionality we lose or have to "emulate", linksets would be one such thing. I would dearly love to be able to temp upload an entire building observe it inworld tweak it, texture it, tweak it some more then hit upload and have it materialise. But ... You can only select one mesh part of a multiple mesh Collada file. I can't see a way to select ALL the parts at once. So you can only preview one part such as Left Eye and not all the avatar. Ditto when rezzing i world - just one mesh part of a multi-mesh Collada object can be seen at once. Maitreya has the market cornered simply because they threw their devkit at pretty much everyone who asked, whereas Slink has always played it close to the vest because she didn't want her brand sullied by bad designs. And then there's the "gone for years and no support" argument, which I don't see - Slink is VERY active in her product support group, to the point where it's almost a social group. Belleza is ... decent... but I have noticed that their support group is more like an advertisement channel - I get more notices for products there than I do MAAM or UBER.<br /><br />From the user standpoint, Kupra seems to be the new popular look, but from talking to designers, the rigging is not optimal, and getting a devkit is a bit of a hassle. I'm sad that Hourglass is on the back burner for many makers, as among all the bodies I've tested, I like it the best. But, others may not. YMMV.
